Not doing what they say

I had been informed they might interface my quantity towards the cellphone after I received it, that did not occur whatsoever. I applied the telephone I received from their store to contact their customer support. They explained the telephone today has way too many moments on. What? I applied the telephone to contact them. I had been about the telephone together for more than 3 hours complete in 10 times and also the # nevertheless wasn't ported. I told them to overlook it and stop the support. Can you believe they made it happen while I had been still speaking with them? I really could not really complete the phone call together. I called back on the land-line to complete, plus they explained I can not return the telephone plus they wouldn't return my income. Appareantly you're prohibited to possess over 30 minute. Complete about the telephone regardless of who you contact. Not told me after I requested the telephone. Their customer support is horable. The telephone and web function only good if you like to cope with the client support.

Unfortunatly I went nowhere together but I did so document using the BBB. Period can tell.
