Sold defective product, misleading warranty

I purchased a used cell phone fron allthat cellular.net. They advertise a 100% satisfaction guarantee that their phones are 100% functional with a free 30 day warranty. They sent me an lg chocolate that was supposed to be in very good condition. It looked nice, but the battery would not hold a charge and the keypad did not function correctly. These issues occurred right out of the box. I contacted them and they replied that they would send a "new" battery. They sent an old scratched battery that also did not charge. When I requested a refund, they refused stating they would only "exchange" the phone and that they did not ever give refunds. They also expect me to pay more shipping charges to send it to them, stating they would replace it after they got it back. Don't ever buy anything from them. Poor after the sale service. Defective products.
