Terrible company

I've a deal telephone with vodafone and my spouse has already established his pay day shifted i approached vodafone to see them to alter my immediate money plus they have explained they've no report of my phone and so I never managed to get. They've also explained that I'll reduce my agreement and certainly will need to spend £150 to re-instate it. I've received a notice declaring it'll charge £445 to reestablish it. Due to them I've needed to spend lender costs simply because they have now been getting the cash wen it's not been there. I've requested to talk to thier administrators when I haven't been pleased with the way in which all of the individuals have handled me and that I have now been informed the boss is possibly unnavialable or I'm prohibited to speek for them. I'm acutely disappointed using the method I've been handled.
