I have been receiving a monthly charge of 16.37 from OAN for a sercice I have not asked for nor used. Three months ago, they were contacted and told us that they would cancel. But, no... Still it comes and since I have refused to pay it, now I have late charges from ATT... This after contacting ATT and confirming the service was not legit.

What the hell kind of scam is this? It appears ATT are in bed with a fraudulent outfit.

I amk so angry I could spit. No wonder this country is going to hell... No honesty left.
