Enhanced Services Billing - ESBI
Another VICTIM of a SCAM and RIPOFF by this fraudulent company called ESBI

As I opened my monthly Verizon phone bill I was shocked to see two charges of $14.89, one for the month of May and the other for June from a company called ESBI.

I immediately contacted Verizon and they informed me that I should contact this ESBI company to see if they can remove the charges since they were not authorized to bill my account.

I got someone named Chris who gave an ID# 156 and who refused to give his last name. I explained that I never talked to this company before and the charges were fraudulent and not authorized by me.

He kept on interrupting me and the conversation did not get anywhere. He hung up on me and I called right back and got him again. He was not helpful at all and refused to credit my account and refused to give me his supervisor, made some sarcastic remarks and finally hung up on me again.

This is a fraudulent company from hell who scams people and tries to make profits by riping innocent people off and charging their phone bill with unauthorized charges.
Basically, I am being charged for services that I have never requested nor received. I don't even know what these services are.

I wish someone from the Federal Trade Commision or the US government steps up and shup this bogus so called company down and have them reimburse all their victims and also pay a fine to their victims for the emotional distress and aggravation they put them through.
