Ipoff, fraudulent billing, liars

It started about a 1 1/2 years ago, i bought a computer and i used the free aol.com cd that you get in the mail. Well that was the begining of my nightmare.

I used aol for about 4 months, when i called to cancel the service it was next to impossible, not only that they never let you get a word in and by the end of the conversation your so mad that you could just spit fire.

So this went on i kid you not, i would say about another 4 months, i called numerous times, and by this time i am no longer using aol's services, well they were still taking the money out of my account.

So i was told by a friend to fax my request of cancellation, and what had happened and that they are taking my money and i an no longer a customer. So i did, i asked they reimburse me, great the following month, they gave me a $29.00 credit, well what happened next left me really angry, they took the money back out the following month.

I finally had to put a block on my account, Well on Friday October 13 they have sent me to collections stating i owe them $47.80, what in the hell is wrong with these people. They owe me for at least 4 months of service i was not using and had canceled, THEY STOLED MONEY FROM ME, now they have the nerve to send me to collection!
