Overcharge

Phone select is overcharging. I came across this when among my buddies explained about this. Therefore, becaues I've my cell authorized with them i got the invoce from my supplier and that I faced the moments using the moments authorized by them. Shock there, I'd as much as five minutes included per discussion. I named them-and i requested for a study within their program. They examined, thanked me greatly and explained that there is a mistake, which was resolved which everyting is in check today. You know what? They mentioned the same to my buddy in march. I've the consideration together for more than 2 decades now-so i ripped out the bills going back year, same tale. How is that this feasible in europe? I believe that their clients are overcharged. To whom must I protest?
