I have had Uverse for over annually today. Excellent item. Support is terrible. I have had only frustration after frustration and recurring calls using their call-center on a variety of problems. Their people about the different end-of the telephone should obtain no instruction, or do their installation technicians. Newest catastrophe is we moved. Talked to AT&T-5 differing times since issues kept getting screwed-up. Anyhow, requested every time that people were likely to get our telephone numbers we'd at our outdated tackle used in our new handle because they were for the home based business. Every time ATT positively said yes. Technology turns up to set up and claims he's no telephone purchase. I contact revenue plus they state, sorry these prior 5 everyone was all incorrect as well as your telephone numbers have already been launched. I am composing my town, the FCC and considering case at this time. It appears the only path to obtain ATT's interest. They will have invested almost all their cash on engineering and quit nothing for customer support. It is unfortunate since once-upon a period I considered ATTis customer support as top available.
