Refused to Move Payment Date After Hurricane Ike

I am in an area that Hurricane Ike Ravaged less than 10 days ago. All of my extra money has gone to clean up & replenishing food that had gone bad. I called T-Mobile to get my payment moved. Their response was that the Hurricane happened a while ago & there was nothing they could do. So much for caring & compassion.
