No Full Credit for Service Outage After Hurricane Sandy

My cell towers were all knocked down in the hurricane and tmobile said the 7-10 days service interruption would be credited, they only would give me 2 days after hounding them several times.

Maybe there was a 1 or 2 second attempt that logged each day or something, but this is wrong. I pay for daily use for 18 months never late.
