Ending service prematurely

On May 20 I requested 4units with 2-year support for every. The marketing in those days mentioned the units were FREE and every year service was $19.95... They cut me down and certainly will just react via "online speak"that "the units were $39.95 with 12 months free support"... They charged my charge card for $173 for 4 models! T hello state used to do not subscribe to additional year. They WOn't recognize the 2nd year.! They went a deceptive advertisement campaign! DON'T BELIEVE THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS!

The unit operates mainly okay, occasionally you have to remove & reconnect afterwards) BUT ONLY PURCHASE TWELVE MONTHS AT THE SAME TIME!!!
