Our 96 year-old mom-in law, who's lately dead, has beed overrun with calls aimed to her child. We've recommended Bay Area Credit Support that Sophie Fink is dead; but, they proceed to call plus they WOn't express the reason behind the phone call. They've today required a duplicate of the death certification, which we think is none of the company given that they won't reveal the reason behind the harassing calls. Sophie Fink was in a medical home for that previous year and really hasn't created any acquisitions, that people understand of, for that previous six decades. Bay Area Credit Company continues to be completely uncooperative in revealing the supposed debt to her child who's the executor of and property that doesn't actually occur and there's simply no debt that she might have sustained. They declare regulations doesn't permit them to reveal the alleged debt. It's our perception this mis robot a scam along with a fraud the state-of home of the company must shut them along. What ca we do to obtain this sort of motion.
