Unfair treatment settle harassment

On Dec. 26th I recieved a phone call at work from my grandma telling me to get to the hospital, grandpa isnt duing well! I called my manager Michelle Byer to let her know i was leaving. I was told on Dec. 28th from two other employees Carrie& Sophie that on Sat. Dec. 27th, Michelle made a statement in regards to me "he isnt dead yet she didnt need to leave"!!! I called Don "area manager" told him what Michelle said. He called her right then and there. About 15 minutes later the salon phone rang i answered it. It was Michelle, she asked to speek to Sophie. My grandpas funeral was on Dec. 5th when i returned on Dec. 6th my hours were cut to 21 hours a week! Over a month ago I had put in for request to have off Jan. 26th for medical reason. Canceris mole, 3rd one. I get a tex message today Jan. 25th from Michelle word for word saying "it is ur responsibility 2 get coverage 4 2maro so i hope you have it. I dont know how much longer i can take anymore of this nasty behaiver that has been going on every since i made that phone call to Don? I am looking for another job. This is the most unperfetional company i have ever worked for! The gossip would just make you sick if you could hear what goes on. And I was really hurt NEVER once did I recieve any semphithy when returning back to work. Oh wait i did get a "whats wrong with you" from Michelle day after the funeral. I am VERRY upset about this hole issue i feel that the issue was never resolved after calling Don things just got worst.
