The LG Voyager is just a difficult, UNRELIABLE telephone. With continuous shutoffs, resets/restarts wile checking or enjoying press, and LCD displays bleeding out, it is a dilemma lots of verizon clients share, and verizon understands this.

I've bought a Voyager in March of and that I have experienced only issues with it. I have have been through 5 telephones, using the last one, a brand new titanium voyager, being the final telephone they'll not guarantee with no 50 bucks cost.

The instore service is horrible, from there IT man as much as there Supervisor Aaron, of the Canyon Springs Parkway Shop in Riverside California. Rude and arrogant people, particularly there Sales Person Bob, I actually experience a lil bias from a number of there workers. There telephone customer support is extremely appropriate up till the final phone I created.

Our greatest Issue, is the fact that Verizon will not Correct my last Issue with my telephone, due to the LCD bleedout. They would like to cost me a $50 charge to get a alternative, or undergo my insurance. The available Supervisor Aaron, and Sales Person Bob, have mentioned that I've actually broken the telephone, by not transporting it in a Verizon situation. Personally I think that my wallet having a monitor guard is sufficient enough to get a cellphone. As do several customers bring there telephones.

The LG Voyager is just a clamshell, touchscreen telephone having a full-qwerty keyboard. There's a switch about the lcd touchscreen about the bottom-left hand part of the telephone. It's there where the bleedout exhibits about the lcd screen. I've drawn my mobile phone out-of my wallet, strike the discover switch about the touchscreen, created a call, returned to put another call, and also the bleed only seemed. The telephone was never fallen once, or had any bodily influences of anykind. I've continue reading several boards this was still another typical issue using the voyager. I understand that not all voyagers are poor when I have purchased one for my cousin in July of with no issues for this day.

I've been through 5 telephones all for that same issues, since March using the last phone being truly a Completely New Design telephone, And So I possess a Background of difficult telephones with Verizon. I've named to try and correct the issues I've had, but this last period they need me to cover there faulty telephone, and since I have disagreed, the phone Repetition, Recommended I undergo another Provider.

I've must of discovered from previous encounter with this specific organization, to not Conduct Business together again. I've had there DSL and Telephone service and also have needed to stop both providers from poor and unreliable company.in order a Client, I've to concur that they don't assure customer fulfillment, and when again be target by irresponsible business methods.
