I was offered a $75.00 Visa gift card as well as a $50.00 modem rebate from ATT in Feb. 2009. These were incentives to purchase internet service from them. I had my internet hooked up on 14 Mar. I was not told when I agreed to this that I wasn't eligible for the gift card until at least 30 days after service was officially begun. I have checked the rewards site every other day and it still tells me I'm not eligible for any rewards. No one seems to know anything about a rebate, either. I've contacted ATT no less than 3 times and still can't get them to honor their promise. They also sent me a letter I was to sign and return to them but it was written in Spanish so I have no idea what they were trying to get me to agree to... I requested the letter in English but never received it. I have a suspicion it was my rebate form.
