ATT Uverse Rewards
Promised $125 Gift Card and Wi-Fi Device Denied

I called looking for a cheaper deal on my internet and was offered a change to uverse. I only accepted when the rep told me that I would be getting $125.00 gift card and a free wi-fi device. Now I have waited my 30 days and they tell me that I am not eligible for either. I tried to talk to a supervisor and was hung up on.
