Horrible Service and deception practices

I've been with run more than 3 decades and that I appreciate God I'm no further in a deal with them. There support is disgraceful. Lately I had been offered a "discounted support strategy" by #eu653683, nevertheless I then found out the plan that I had been offered and decided to don't occur and also the plan I had been change to was more income than was provided. The Supervisor Paul 427522, explained that individuals phone run to control the machine therefore he don't think what I'm saying. I told him I've experienced excellent position since 2006 and that I had 5 outlines with run why would I lie. He virtually blew me down and explained there is is nothing he is able to do. I'm so disappointed but each company will haveits evening and that I am expecting that run have there evening in court. I down to some new organization... Watch out for run misleading practices.
