Aol
Extremely poor service

I tried to download aol from a cd it would get to 90% and shut down i was charged $25.90 and was not even able to use the service which was suppose to be free for 90 dayswe=hen i called i was told i would have to WAIT 30 to 90 days for my refund. I asked to spesk to a supervisor and was told they were not taking calls do you believe that. They the same person came back on and acted as if she was the supervisor DO NOT USE AOL you will get ripped off
