Money stolen from credit card after I call this company to put money in account for my son to call from jail

This is actually the second-time I contact correctional payment providers and place cash $100.00 bucks, therefore my boy may contact me from prison and not hapened, each time he attempted to contact it did not move thru, after I attempted to contact the organization is possibly active or after they informed me which wasnot the best spot to call. Please assist me, I've evidence is all-in my bank claims which needs to stop. I don, t have extra cash to provide away to some business that clearly isn't providing any support to me.
