Cannot use phone system

I've transferred cash with Correctional Billing Solutions for telephone bill therefore my boy may contact me from the correctional institution. Each time he attempts to contact me it'll remove and we can not speak. I've called the company. Twice plus one time next I acquired to talk to him once although not since that time. Support!!! Do not ask me to test the establishment simply because they won't support me.
