Terrible phone policy

I'm on my NEXT Samsung I760... And that I settled a great deal for this silly telephone! The very first telephone I named Verizon and was informed to go towards the shop to become looked over. Once they decided I had been informing the reality, I'd to contact and obtain another telephone. Did I obtain a new telephone? NOOO... I acquired a restored one. It lasted 14 days. Required it into the shop, they again determined I had been informing the reality, plus they requested me another telephone. I inquired easily could easily get another manufacturer, and that I was informed no! You've to stay using the garbage design. Therefore, 3rd telephone comes (and, incidentally, was in a tore up container WITHIN THE DELIVERY CONTAINER and FILTHY!) but again, doesn't function correctly. I again got it towards the shop, and following the technology man chuckled and stated " ha, ha! I am on my next one too! I suppose the 3rd period was the appeal for me personally!" He'd not provide me another phone—he explained it should be the plan about the phone. Therefore, another telephone call to Verizon was created. This time around, they stated they could deliver me a brand new telephone, but I really couldnot change manufacturers... I'd need to delay device SEPT (that is when my next update is permitted) or I'd need to spend top dollar to get a telephone! Exactly what a crock of crap!!! It is also fascinating that my $400-plus telephone was just covered for $100 per Verizon.individuals at VW are good, but garbage offered in a gold dish may be the just like garbage offered in Tupperware! DON'T purchase a Samsung I760 if you don't desire to be forever disappointed and never possess a functional telephone!
