Will not activate a phone

I acquired a radio telephone from Verizon that's a slider. The telephone is very good, however it began locking up and continuously wants the battery ripped out to obtain it going again (restart). I ceased within the Verizon shop in Lakeland, Fl plus they stated buy a prepaid Verizon phone plus they might change it to my main telephone. I bought one on my long ago house and ceased within the Spring slope, Fl shop. The woman was really rude and educated me this may not be achieved. I called into Verizon help-line and requested for many support using the problem. The woman about the help-line advised me the Spring Hill shop was incorrect and he or she could be pleased to get it done.

Per month later, I dropped the telephone while battling a wildland fire. I went and purchased a brand new phone which is really a prepaid wireless telephone. I called-up, offered the woman the hex amount about the back and he or she shows me that I will do this, after I take advantage of the prepaid telephone for atleast six months. And so Iam caught having a prepaid phone that does not function, with no main telephone. Verizon advised me the only real choice I'd was to purchase a telephone from their website again, and also the cheapest one she may find me was $99.00. I've information for them. The termination charge is $95.00. I will cut costs by eliminating the support altogether! I am really produced concerning the support. I called back a second period and strangely after asking about rescheduling my support, today they would like to promote me a $49.00 applied telephone. Why was not I considering the fact that choice the very first time? Unreal

They really should obtain guidelines directly and advise all shops and helpdesk people! I'll NOT NEED VERIZON AGAIN

FYI... Good deal on the completely new prepaid wireless telephone. Removed from the bundle, but never employed!
