Bait-and-switch Fraudulent Practice

BYA stated they might put up something for me personally to acquire a sailboat that taken care of itself by getting out financing, renting it out for five years, and getting the constitution costs purchase the vessel to ensure that I'd possess it free and obvious after five years. I created a great-belief settlement deposit of $10,000 on March 31st, that was refundable by April 15th if every detail and funding for that constitution program they put up didn't work-out. On April 10th, I then found out the numbers BYA was showing were incorrect, and lacked information in the constitution organization BYA had chosen, and so I requested for my deposit back. BYA guaranteed to return the deposit, but requested me to increase discussions until following the 15th, because it was tax period and also the constitution organization was also busy to reply details. On May fifth the constitution organization returned with numbers which were unworkable, and so I advised BYA, and again requested for my reimbursement. BYA declined to return the $10,000 and held the cash. It was a lure-and-change fraud - don't trust these men!
