Selling to unemployed

I'm writing to document a criticism about t mobile promoting telephones in the centers to teenagers (19), that not need employment to cover it. They don't perform a background-check to determine if they're used and certainly will result in there telephone. Like a guardian we were annoyed together. Ultimately we'd to repay the agreement (300). Therefore he did not have poor credit at this type of young age. I believe it's only a method the organization is earning money off teenagers!!!
