Took my money after i cancelled!

I went with vonage simply because they were suppose to be inexpensive. After i registered they offered me another line for free and that i stated no thanks! They charged me for 4 weeks around the second-line. After i called them to ask them what the heck was happening with my statement they stated that i'd another point. I told them that i did so not approve it. They explained they could do nothing for me and that i wouldn't obtain the $90 back they took from my bank account. I subsequently filed a bbb problem against them and be careful after i requested for my money back they did that but they just acknowledged back to my vonage consideration. Vonage subsequently wouldn't give me that cash. They said i'd to make use of it towards my account. I had been then very annoyed! I'd to discontinue our service together because my father died so when i did so this they explained i'd have to pay for $30 to terminate after i currently had a $90 credit on my account. They said they may not go off the credit. Therefore after i terminated i finally realized they did not supply me a refund of my $90 they actually charged me for 3 more months and there goes our $90 bucks. Today annually later afterall of the i simply got an assortment observe that i owe vonage $39.95 to get a termination charge. I am def'n processing another eee problem against them but please please please avoid the corporation! They're stealing your hard earned cash!!!
