Crappy service!

I've had a cricket cellphone for 4 weeks now. Yesterday the telephone decreased my calls 6 occasions in AROW i tried calling costumer support and also the automatic program claims they're all hectic, in the place of placing me on-hold it rounds through the automatic program again and again... Lastly i contact from my house telephone plus they get i let them know my telephone calls were fallen 6 occasions in AROW, this woman MEG informs me "your telephone support don't fall because you have now been spending promptly" frigging idiot did not actually pay attention to my criticism or present options. Then i ask if there is a credit since my statement was lower and he or she questioned why I needed a credit... Huh?! I sent them per month before requesting them to alter my support to some smaller strategy and removing telephone insurance i NEVER received something declaring they obtained or approved my mail, i request the woman if modifications were created plus they were she seems snooty today... These folks are difficult to cope with! I hate cricket there costumer support is eager and inexperienced. You're better-off choosing another person!
