Unbelievable I was told fax a utility bill call back in 2 days-I did and was told inmate had to call me first before they could set up account. Well my son FINALLY got phone list approved has tried to call me twice and calls were blocked-Ive been trying all day to get GTL-cant get thru. HOW can a co. Get away with treating customers this way.
