Global Tel-Link is ripping off consumers by exploiting the inmates incarcerated and taking advantage of innocent people on the outside by charging outrages rates for collect calls. These rates are higher than 900 number rates and you can call China and Japan cheaper than what these scam-artists charge.

I urge a national boycott to teach these price-gougers a lesson. If you get a collect call from an inmate, do not set up an account with Global Tel-Link. If you do, you will be very sorry. The minimum $25 account will get you 7 minutes of calls.
