Debit card charged more than authorized and unclear plan pricing

9-20-9-23 20007 accessing more on my debit card than i authorised over charging, not explaining company's plan un fair pricing, allowing pre paid accounts to run over so one is caught oweing high phone bill. Leaving us in a catch 22
