We've not had the opportunity to get incoming requires 8 times today. Regular calls to Vonage lead to the response that it's related to the carrier, not Vonage, they CAn't title or give a contact for that carrier, and Vonage technicians will work about it.

Coincidentally, your day the issue started may be the same-day we were to change to Comcast Digital Speech. I’ve talked with Comcast 3 times plus they guarantee me it's nothing related to them. After I clarify what's been happening, they inform me it seems like an issue with Vonage and never the provider.

On Sunday, July 7th, I talked having a guy at Vonage who assured me he'd follow-up and obtain back again to me having a standing. He quit a note on my voicemail at the office recently informing me these were focusing on solving the issue. A consultant from Vonage named me later and stated the issue have been solved and he or she needed me to contact our quantity to verify and he or she might call-back in 10 minutes. I had been in a gathering and may not contact at that time. I expected her to contact me in one hour. After I tried calling house, the issue hadn't been solved. She never called back.

I left a note again today and also have not yet acquired an answer.
