Refusal of number transfer, Poor Service

It has been a nightmare since I signed up with Vonage on 3-4-06.

Number transfer from Comcast took 1 1/2 months with another 1 1/2 months of no incoming calls.

So I signed up with SunRocket on 4-22-06 and started the process to get my number back from Vonage. Vonage was not able to finally get the number transfer they botched from Comcast until 5-24-06.

Since then the request for transfer from Vonage to SunRocket has been denied repeatedly from Vonage.

Vonage sends e-mail saying it is their 3rd party partner Broadwing that handles the transfer out. Both parties reply that the customer information does not match their records.

Neither Vonage or Broadwing will correct the data or tell me how the data is written so I may resubmit it to SunRocket.

I have e-mailed, called, and faxed both companies with no response. Complaints are now filed with the FCC, BBB, and State Attorney Generals office.

I have kept a complete log of all comunications with these companies and posted the log on the internet for all to see.
