I'd high expectations for Vonage. Today nothing is left but disappointment, discontent along with a large statement. I requested my strategy and telephone on Jan 26th. The first telephone was dropped in delivery. I named in and waited quite a long time to keep in touch with somebody. I eventually got a live individual (from Asia or who understands where) who had been difficult to comprehend. I never realize why a business might out source Customer-Service with somebody who can't keep in touch with the client. I received 2nd telephone about the 26th (159.94 for telephone and S&H). I connected the unit to my community and that I could call-out although not gotten calls. (Our range was said to be moved). Following a car of months nothing changed. I really could call-out although not get calls. I named in (another seriously lengthy delay) and mentioned the issue. They assured me that it'd be expedited. A few more months pass, nothing changed. I called back, they stated these were likely to fast again. I told the person that I had been previously informed that last moment I called in.
