Telephone support issue

Vonage Phone Support is really a waste of power and period, certainly you'll get 1/2 the buying price of your present telephone bill however they forgot to see you you will get 1/2 the client attention and 1/2 the caliber of telephone support also. I registered due to their trial offer present with vonage and exactly the same evening I received the unit was terminated by me. I've verizon fios and there support was method to slow for that fios which offered bad sound on my calls to me. Registering was not difficult but obtaining my reimbursement was extremely difficult, the delay period to get a repetition was 45mins. Don't spend power and your own time like I did so.
