Harassing Billing Dispute Calls Blocked With Free Phone Software

Citicard has phoned me from these numbers (520-662-8998, 520-662-8999, 520-664-9698, 336-522-8998, 336-522-8999) because of a billing dispute. I installed a free program from Traysoft called Phone Tray Free, which uses my computer's modem to hang up automatically after one ring on these harassing calls. With a voice modem it can also play one of several available messages; I chose the one that imitates a disconnected phone. It additionally logs the date, time and number of every call. I am sharing this so other people can fight back against such harassment, and I report each call to the do not call site as well.
