Fraudulent charges on phone bill

Shocked to find 3rd party charges $8.23 a month occurring on my telephone bill that go back almost 5 years, charges that I didnt authorize and services I didnt use! I called Laurentel's 1-800 number only to speak with some woman answering the phone from her home with screaming kids in the background. Very upset that when I asked to talk to a supervisor there is never one readily available. This company needs to be investigated. As I have called them many time since then and still have not spoken with a supervisor nor have they returned my call. Their is no other contact information available to them, the contact us tab on their website is to an address that sends back an error message, and there is no physical address to where you can send a written complaint. This is so ridiculous! This company stole from me and is still in business. Im a single working mom of 3 children and on a strict budget. Someone help me get a refund. That's a lot of money over the years and times are tough.
