Ripoff. Pee poor non existent service. Web site of lies. Cant talk to anyone. Where the hell is my order Tampa? Also Florida?

I hate being jerked around by companies that sell over the internet and then screw with you big time.inflateus.com sells inflateable things like boats, kids pools, etc. The only thing they have inflated for me is my temper, which has grown to raging, seething pit bull proportions. I ordered an inflateable kayak on Aug 14th, which I wanted to use over the upcoming labor day weekend, and charged to my credit card. The EXACT, repeat EXACT, words on the web site order page says, "Delivery via standard shipping typically takes 4-6 business days". On another web page it says EXACT, repeat EXACT, "Our standard shipping time for credit card orders is 10 days or less, usually within 5 business days on the east coast." NO ORDER DELIVERED as of 9-2-04. Lies. It also says in the, "OUR POLICIES page, "You should expect to get your order in 10 days." Lie. Concerned, I sent 3 seperate polite emails inquiring about my order status. The EXACT words say, "Shipment tracking information can be supplied simply by contacting us. We will be more than happy to assist you in tracking your order." Lie. Not one single reply to my emails.

I also called thier customer "care?", phone number 3 times in 3 days. Immediately I got a recorded message that says, "I'm sorry, no one is currently available to take your call, please leave a message." 3 messages, 3 no replies. I keep calling randomly and ALWAYS get the same recorded message. I dont like to mess around, either a company deliveries on thier promises as advertised, or to hell with em. Its as if once they got my credit card number, I ceased to exist with them. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company at this point. No replies to emails, no replies to phone messages, And NO ORDER RECIEVED. Flat out lies. Wonderful company to do business with. Step up to the plate, Inflateus, aka Aisle 5 Enterprises, or quit makeing statements on your website that you cant carry out. Am I being scammed?
