Won't return even if providers haven't be obtained

I turned an associate at the start of 2012. I loved the area despite the fact that client service was missing, I had beennot going there for that customer support. I obtained a totally free program having a fitness expert and chose to do the "limited-time present" of 5 periods having a fitness expert for $99. I told them who I favored to work well with and was informed the individual might contact to setup the visit. 3 months later, no telephone calls, no nothing. I contact them in regards to a reimbursement because I'venot obtained any solutions. I had been educated they just do discounts for seven days. He attempted to provide me the support, but used to donot want to buy anymore. I curently have additional ideas for my summer. I registered for some time after I could. They decreased the basketball and ostensibly have taken my income. I'm eliminating my solutions together. POOR company.
