Rip off!

I asked the repetition 3 times particularly requesting if cost was FOR SEVERAL family unit members or simply one. Was advised it put on all-family members. Not the case! The cost cited was per-family member. Thus in the place of $22/month, I had been charged $88/month. Named to cancel the three family unit members I believed were incorporated and was informed it'd charge $75 an individual to stop! They'd not renounce the charge. Named their corporate workplace and described it ws because of their miscommunication. They still would not move. Definitely absurd! I suppose not gathering that $225 might bankrupt the organization? Bad method to conduct business. Beware!
