PRO-FORM 110 R exercise Bike
Unable to schedule an appt for malfunction bike

I purchased A PROFESSIONAL-TYPE 110R Recumbant stationary bike on 2 Jan. At that time of purchase I purchased something contract, The bicycle continues to be under warranty. The bicycle was shipped on 8 Jan and put up from the shipping employees.

Today, 16 Jan the bicycle started producing clicking sounds. I named to create a support appt and was informed there are no Sat appts through 16 Feb. The people I talked with Earl, and his boss Alma, suggested that there might be no Sitting support calls obtainable in my region, San Marcos CA. The most recent weekday appt which was provided is days from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Earl and Alma recommended I possibly keep calling back till I will acquire an appt after February 16, or possess a friend consider the bicycle and attempt to repair it. Neither of those choices are appropriate, or are they customer support pleasant.

Take note that I purchased this bicycle from Sears as previously the support I had been supplied with my devices (fridge, range, dishwasher, machine and dryer) was excellent. I'm really dissatisfied and discouraged using the present support plan, particularly considering the fact that this can be a RECENTLY bought product.

I'd enjoy and assist in solving this company problem.
