Worst Company Ever - Worksman bicycle

My son bought a bike for my birthday from Worksman. After 75 days they have failed to deliver the correct bicycle to me. First they send me the wrong bike, and then they lost mine. It is now 75 days from the order entry date and they promise that UPS will pick it up today. Not to mention that they did send the bike that my son bought for himself without the front wheel. We dont know where that is. So he has a brand new bike he cant ride, and I have someone elses bike that I cant ride. We even got ahold of the Worksmans President Wayne Sosin. He promised to take care of us personally. Fail, fail, fail. You would be better off buying a bicycle from Wal-mart. Horrible horrible customer service.
