I bought a Journey design 7100 bike in July. Aside from being badly constructed, all screws were free, the bicycle performed properly. Overe the wintertime the bicycle was saved in a dry drop. This Spring the color in the primary pedal equipment has peeled and rusted, all allegedly opera components for that brake system are badly rusted. Journey was informed and it has not answered. The bicycle was taken up to a Journey approved store and also the mechnaic mentioned Trek won't guarantee these components being that they are OEM and Trek doesn't guarantee OEM. The guarantee provided using the bicycle obviously says twelve months on all components. So much for this producer. Obviously if you should be buying bicycle, there are lots of other exceptional options. Try them, Trek gets a thumbs-down for customer support.: (
