Membership ran and they won't cancel health club membership

Fitzone health club had a gym here they move out saying it was due to the economy and that another gym had agreed to honor the remainder of the contract.

My contract expired 9/16 and now they continue to take the membership fee out of my account and can't get them to stop. How can anyone in good faith keep taking money for something you do not have access to.

Something should be done about it.
