Rip-off! Buyer Beware! Contract cancellation scam

I have to agree with the gentleman, that wrote the prior report. Fitzone is a definite ripoff. I was taken in by the cancellation scam also. You are told you have a yearly contract. At the end of the contract, it does not terminate. It is a never-ending contract. You think your membership has ended and don't go to the club. Then they bill you, you dispute, then your told you have to pay them an additinal 60 days.

To add insult to injury, I called them on the phone, the kid told me everything was taken care of, I look at my bank statement and they withdrew the funds again. It takes two months to cancel a membership, who are they kidding. With Fitzone, it takes two months for them to tell you the real deal, that way they can milk more money out of you. Then they threaten you, harass you, and blackmail you with threatening to ruin your credit rating. If you look at their website it says, "always affordable yearly membership" Don't believe it.

Let me also reply to rebutal given by Fitzone on the last report by Tony. These terms are not and I repeat not discussed when you sign the contract. The contract it two legal size pages long. They would like you to think people have misunderstandings. These misunderstandings are calculated and deliberate to defraud you. Tony's not the only one, nor am I. The girl at the club, even laughed in my face when I got irrate. I don't see any crowd's at fitzone these days, word must be getting around. As far as I'm concerned they are scum. I have reported them to the Attorney Generals Office but I doubt anything will come of it. Like they say, It's all in the contract. Just for the hell of it I went to the second Fitzone location, and this club was not different. The terms of the contract were not explained and they were eager to get you to sign on the bottom line. Sucker...
