Will not honor thier warranty! Rip-off! They're nuts!

I purchased a go cart with a robin/subaru engine thinking that it was great. The named seemed reputable. Well, now i know why they make so much money. They tell you that you have a warranty, but when you bring it to the shop, they find any excuse to not stand by it!

I had this $1000.00 go-kart for 2 months before the engine blew up! They said that a nut got sucked into the intake and that was not a defect! If a nut can get in there and blow up the engine, can't a rock? This vehicle is for off road use. I had to pay for a new engine on my own!

Their customer service is very rude. The man i spoke to was rude. He told me i was a liar and that they would, in no way help me out! I work in customer service and we are taught to never, ever speak to a customer like this!

I will never buy another product by this manufacturer, ever! If you are looking to buy something with a robin/subaru engine... Don't. It will break and it will not be warranteed. Remember it is a limited warranty and they limit it to their satisfaction!!
