The organization ought to be named "We do not really Travel". I've attempted numerous occasions to obtain my taken care of balloon trip. They've usually terminated the trip. The final one got the dessert. They didn't travel on 7/3 due to "high winds" of 3-5 mph, they did not fly on 7/4 am due to "high winds" of 1-2 mph. They didn't travel on 7/4 pm because of "severe gusts" with wind speeds of 3-5 mph. They didn't travel on 7/5 am because of "gusts". With again wind speeds of 3-5 mph. Their site claims they travel with winds under 7-10 mph. They've not flown however this season so when asked they might not inform me once the last period they really flew.

They get payment entirely whenever you buy the solution with-it being non refundable, but never really travel

DoN't buy tickets out of this organization! Large ripoff
