Don't let them work on your bike. Took my bicycle in for a tune up, I finally got it back with just the handle bars. They sold me used parts for new, and not only that they were silver and brake and gear lever were reversed. The original ones from Trek were black. No brakes no cables they took it all, when I did not want to pay for an eight gear shifter on a seven speed bike.
