This can be a protest concerning termination of Ballys complete exercise gym account in 2008. I had been an associate of ballys by might work in NY. I had been sadly release and couldnt maintain the account anymore when I reside in CT and also the gym is in NYC and that I was in an agenda that i couldnt use my account elsewhere. There is likewise no ballys by me and that I WAS UNEMPLOYED. I delivered ballyis a written notice of termination the moment I had been release from my house address. I described the problem. I never heard from their website again or this account till I acquired a notice from the variety company declaring i owe them cash. Works out they received my cancelation notice and required more information but delivered it to MIGHT WORK address not my HOUSE tackle. Normally, i never obtained it when I dont work-there anymore. The notice returned for them as undeliverable.in the place of calling me on my house address or my telephone, they simply chose to allow 2-3yrs move and provide my consideration to some collection company. Today. I've used soo often about the telephone together and also the CA to ultimately stop this account which should have now been terminated 2yrs before and it is still getting nowhere.
