Not the deal that was advertised

The deal advertised was $49 for a fitness boot camp, value of $499. It appeared in the deal that the class would be offered 3 times a week which would equal approximately $14 per session value.

However, when i went to register i was told i could only go ONCE a week which equals a value of $42 a session (based on the $499 value advertised). This would be a ridiculous price for a group fitness lesson and clearly not what was intended by the original deal.

Clearly, it was intended to be 3x a week but because of the crazy response received, they are now limiting it to once a week. A typical lack of integrity for the health/gym world.

In addition, when i went to talk to them about it at the gym i was met with very kind trainers who while they were not in charge of the deal, were very understanding about my frustrations. The following day, however, i received a raging email from the head guy - CJ - about how unprofessional i was and my voucher was being revoked. He never called me or tried to contact me, and he was not even there when i was talking to the trainers! And the way i was protrayed in his email was an embarrassment to me! I never in a million years would have acted how he described.

Clearly, CJ has not handled this deal well. I would certainly not recommend his services for his bootcamp or his training to anyone.

*in addition, another report on this deal mentioned that he said all sales were final. However, after his raging email to me he told me i was not allowed to come and was refunding my money. Clearly he is changing his strategy and now making room for people by booting other people out who are bringing his lack of integrity to the surface. I guess all sales are not final!
