They advertised that the gym offer full access to the pool, but when I try to redeem the voucher, the gym told me that they dont offer pool access for the deal. The reason I bought the deal is because Dealfind offer said their deal included pool access.
Emailed Dealfind regarding the offer are not as they stated and request a refund. They received my refund request and said they will get back to me in 1-2 days. But it's been a week now and I still have not heard from them. Sent them 2nd email with Urgent heading still get no reply.
Looks like they intentionally wait until my voucher expired and refused to offer any refund or just provide Dealfind bucks which is ridiculous useless because of the way they handle customer complaints.
Will see if I get any refund, if not I would take legal action.
