Had a similar experience to the one laid out above, but in our case - we were charged their fee despite raising only $55. We chose to use their program based squarely on the fact that it was no-risk - but upon completion they insisted that we still owed them their $1,000 program fee because we didn't follow their directions???
They made us send papers/forms in to prove that we took the proper steps, but never heard back from them.instead, they forwarded the issue to a collection agency with no warning to me. So now I have creditors calling me and the school I work for claiming that I owe them money that I do not! This has effected my credit history, my integrity with the team, and has become a major hassle.
If you wish to avoid these troubles, steer clear of this questionable company.
